Orders placed during normal business hours will ship within 3-4 business days. Please email us at if you need it expedited.

Local Pickup - Orders can be picked up during normal business hours at my home. Please email me at for instructions and the address. I am located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Please pickup orders within 7 business days to help us stay organized.

    Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

    Lost Packages:

    If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 
      Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we are not held responsible for shipping carriers errors.
        However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 


          We accept returns for exchange or store credit (only) within 14 calendar days from the date you purchased your order. We will offer an exchange if the item and size are still in stock.

            Items must have tags attached, may not be washed or worn, and cannot have any damage. You must have your receipt for proof of purchase.
              All items at or above 20% off cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

                All Accessories, Shoes, Jewelry, and Earrings are final sale.

                All PREORDERS are final sale.

                  Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This included everything sold at or above 20% off
                    If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

                      Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

                      Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

                      You are responsible for return shipping cost to our location. 

                        Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

                        Your return will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Online credits will be issued within two business days of processing your return.
